GG is a salt-rub hybrid. You can use a lot, but if you cover the surface of your food with it, it may be too salty. Unless you're total salt freaks, like us.

ALL MEATS: Sprinkle it all over with GG and throw that sucker on the grill!
CORN ON THE COB, SLICED ZUCCHINI, SQUASH, GREEN BEANS, ASPARAGUS, ETC.: Brush with oil, sprinkle with GG and throw that sucker on the grill!
TOFU: Who needs dead animals to have a good time? Press the water out (or freeze the block, defrost, then squeeze the water out), slice it, dip slices in almond milk, coat with corn meal mixed with Grilla Gorilla. Grill, fry or bake at 375 for 15 minutes on each side.
GORILLA COWBOY BEANS: Add 3 cloves sauteed garlic, 2 tbs Grilla Gorilla and 1 cup ketchup or a 14 oz can of chopped tomatoes to 2 cans or 2 lbs of any kind of beans. Mash or not. Munch on!
GRILLED GORILLA SWEET POTATO BLACK BEAN SALAD: Slice 1-1.5 lbs sweet potatoes and dust with GG or GGX. Grill and chop into 1" cubes. In a bowl, toss one can of rinsed, drained black beans + 1/4 chopped cilantro + 1/2 a chopped red onion. Add the juice from 1/2 a lime, 1 tbsp oil + a dash of cayenne pepper.
GRILLA GORILLA BREAD: Slice open a baguette lengthwise. Brush inside with oil and sprinkle with Grilla Gorilla. Add some cheese if you want: parm, cheddar, or asagio would be swell. Close the bread, wrap in tinfoil, and throw that sucker on the grill for about 10 minutes.
MARKET BOOTH OYSTER CRACKERS For the oyster crackers we have at our market booth! Into a quart Ziplock baggie or quart Tupperware container, mix 1/4 cup of oil and 1 tbsp any Saltlicker flavor. Try and get the salt to dissolve into the oil. That's why we prefer using a baggie: you can mush the salt and oil together with your fingers through the bag. Dump in one 9 oz bag of oyster crackers. Toss around, getting the salt even on the crackers, bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
