Hollah, masala! Bangla-dash is a full-on Bollywood blow-out in your mouth! Dazzling on roasted or grilled meat, squashes, cukes, veggie stews, beans, lentils, bread, eggs and yogurt dip! Try it on roasted nuts or s’mores! Bangla-dash is not a rub. Use it as you would salt: sprinkle, don't pour.
