Our second most labor intensive flavor, next to Peter Rabbit. We blend the perfect ratio of sea salt to black peppercorns, then run it through a grain mill until it’s a fine powder. The crushed pepper infuses the salt with unbelievable flavor. You won’t believe there are only two ingredients. Keep it by the stove, and use it on everythang. It’s great for spicy dishes when you want to taste the food underneath AND the heat. And it’s the bomb on sweet corn, because Iowa!
