Oo-la-la! Our take on Herbes de Provence is a bouquet of zingy flavors that shines on red meat (really!), poultry, fish, veggies, and eggs! Plus it’s got real flowers in it!!!!

The Tickler is not a rub. Use it as you would salt: sprinkle, don't pour.

  • Great on poultry and red meat

  • Raw veggies and salads

  • Cooked veggies like potatoes and corn

TICKLE LÉ CHICKEN: Brown a big shallot in butter. Sprinkle 2 lbs chicken thighs with French Tickler. Add to the pan, brown, pour in a splash of cream and white wine. Have a glass of wine if you want! Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add French Tickler to taste and fresh parsley if you wish.
