TICKLE LÉ CHICKEN: Brown a big shallot in butter. Sprinkle 2 lbs chicken thighs with French Tickler. Add to the pan, brown, pour in a splash of cream and white wine. Have a glass of wine if you want! Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add French Tickler to taste and fresh parsley if you wish.
