We've torqued the ingredients in Grilla Gorilla for a crazy bionic version featuring our own smoked salt and ground jalapeños. Warning: GGX is not for wussies. It's hotter than two goats in a pepper patch. Seize the powah! GGX is a salt-rub hybrid. You can use a lot, but if you cover the surface of your food with it, it may be too salty. Unless you're total salt freaks, like us.

ALL MEATS: Sprinkle it all over with GG and throw that sucker on the grill!
CORN ON THE COB, SLICED ZUCCHINI, SQUASH, GREEN BEANS, ASPARAGUS, ETC.: Brush with oil, sprinkle with GG and throw that sucker on the grill!
TOFU: Who needs dead animals to have a good time? Press the water out (or freeze the block, defrost, then squeeze the water out), slice it, dip slices in almond milk, coat with corn meal mixed with Grilla Gorilla. Grill, fry or bake at 375 for 15 minutes on each side.
